Summary: At check-in the man who assisted was short and didn't explain parking permit until I recieved a ticket and had to go in (same man at checkout) The check-in experience was not a good experience. However the rest of the stay was excellent. Bed was so comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. The housekeeping manager lady Esmerelda was exceptionally helpful, polite and gave the Hotel a 5+ rating. Thank you for the overall experience, but I would definitely RE Train the counter gentleman. He was not good at all. Left me in the dark and not helpful, by getting on the phone in the middle of my check in and left me standing there with many questions.
